Preparation
Cut the bacon into squares, put it in a pan and put it to brown in a pan. When ready, take it out and put it with absorbent paper to remove excess grease.
Put the peas in a pot with water to cook. When they are ready, take them out and put them in a bowl with water and ice (this will help keep the color). Drain.
Put the peas in a pan with butter, garlic, onion and consommé. Add the pieces of bacon.
