Preparation
Heat half the oil in a pan. Add the onion, garlic and spices. Fry over medium heat for five minutes until golden brown.
Add the peas, the tomatoes and the broth. Cook for 20 minutes.
Stir the vegetables and fry in a separate pan with the remaining oil, add to the chickpea mixture.
Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
To finish, add half of the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0%, season to taste and serve.
For the Greek Style Yoghurt dressing FAGE® Total 0% herbs, mix the remaining Greek Style Yogurt Yogurt FAGE® Total 0%, chopped parsley and cilantro.
