Ingredients: 1 cup FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt; 1/4 cups sunflower oil; 1/2 onions, peeled and sliced thin; 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped; 1 teaspoon paprika; 1 teaspoon ground cumin, , cinnamon and turmeric; 1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper; 1 3/4 cups chickpeas; 1 3/4 cups tomatillo, chopped; 1 1/4 cups vegetable broth; 1/2 cups zucchini, diced; 1/4 cups corn; 1/4 cups sugar; 1/4 cups baby carrot; 4 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped and cilantro; salt, and pepper to taste

Heat half of the oil in a pan. Add the onion, garlic, and spices. Fry over medium heat for five minutes until golden. Add the chickpeas, tomatoes, and broth. Cook for 20 minutes.
