6 portions
  • 1 jar asparagus, green or white
  • 1 bunch apple, bare and without heart
  • 1 pear, big, bare and without heart
  • 1 chayote, peeled and without the nugget
  • 1 green zucchini, long and large
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 whole clove
  • 1 star anise
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon chicken consommé
  • 2 pinches fresh parsley, or dry
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 cups panela cheese, oaxaca

In a pot, place the 4 cups of water, apple, pear, chayote, pumpkin, star anise, cloves and sugar
Put everything on the fire and when it boils the flame is lowered and cooking for 10 to 15 min. or until the vegetables are soft.
Remove the clove and star anise, place the vegetables and fruits in the blender together with the broth of the cooking, add the garlic (which we previously cut in half and remove the center, which is an elongated green tallito, this is to avoid bad digestion) We place the remaining ingredients and liquefy.
The mixture should be smooth, smooth looking and without lumps
We put a pot on the fire and add the mixture that we liquefy, we move to integrate everything and wait for it to boil, to remove from the fire and serve hot.
Remember that the preparation takes milk and boiling can be thrown, so do not neglect the pot to avoid accidents.

At the time of serving add the cubes of cheese and a drizzle of olive oil in each bowl

You can eat it with pieces of fresh bread, cookies or croutons.
