Ingredients

4 servings
  • 6 cups of chicken soup home or can
  • 120 grams of egg noodle chinese
  • 1 piece of green lemon juice and zest of its peel
  • 1/4 of Cup of fresh coriander chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger chopped
  • 1 piece of serrano pepper seedless chopped
  • 1 chicken without unwound skin

    Preparation

    Mix the lemon zest, ginger and cilantro in a small bowl. Add the lemon juice.
    In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat the chicken stock until it boils. Add the lemon juice mixture, the noodles, the chili and the chicken. Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes or until the noodles are cooked.
    Season with salt and pepper and srive.

    PRESENTATION
