Preparation
Blend the tomato with the onion and the clove of garlic, until all the ingredients are incorporated.
In a little oil fry the noodles and cook until it has a crunchy texture and a golden color.
When the pasta is ready add the mash that we prepared in step 1.
Mix to achieve a homogeneous preparation and then add the chicken broth.
Season with salt, pepper and cumin to taste.
Let cook for about 15 minutes on high heat until the soup is soft.
Before serving, add the basil to the soup.
