Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 package penne type pasta
  • 2 tomatoes, guys or 1 big
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 1 carrot, median
  • 1 potato, median
  • 1 clove garlic
  • enough olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • to taste salt
  • 2 liters Water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, or dry

Preparation

In a pan fry the pasta soup until golden, reserve.
In a pot pour 1.5 liters of water and heat. Add the potatoes and carrots previously washed, peeled and cut into cubes. Let the boil over high heat.
While in the blender grind, with the remaining water, the tomatoes, garlic, onion, salt, consommé and cilantro, add the mixture to the pot that is hot to the fire with the vegetables and let it boil again.
When the boil has sprung, add the fried pasta soup and follow the package instructions.
Serves hot

PRESENTATION

It can be served with pieces of fresh cheese or oaxaca.

TIPS

The pasta was fried so that it does not beat and remains with good consistency.
