Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of Elote with Rajas Poblanas "La Huerta"
  • 1/4 of piece of onion chopped
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of chicken bouillon
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • tortilla chips in thin strips
  • grated cheeses (grill or chihuahua)

    Preparation

    Defrost Elote with Rajas Poblanas "La Huerta" in the microwave.
    Heat a medium pot over medium heat with a little oil and sauté the onion.
    Pour the milk and cook until it boils.
    Add the chicken broth and mix.
