Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 on Knorr® Star Soup
  • 4 cups Water
  • 100 grams sausage, cut into slices
  • 2 dried guajillo chili peppers, cut into thin strips
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation

Boil the water in a saucepan and add little by little the contents of the Knorr® Star Soup envelope, mix until integrated.
Lower the heat, cover and cook for 8 minutes moving from time to time.
Fry the chorizo in a pan and once browned, add the chili and garlic, taking care not to burn.
Add this mixture to the soup and cook for 2 more minutes, serve.

Drain the excess fat of chorizo before adding to the soup
