This mushroom soup is very rich and nutritious to enjoy with your whole family.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos oyster mushroom
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon chicken consommé
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Preparation

Grind the tomato with the onion, garlic and the consommé.
In a saucepan heat the oil and stir-fry the tomato mixture.
Let it boil and add the mushrooms and let them cook very well.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with a spoonful of cream.

TIPS

You can accompany with a very rich stew.
