#RetoKiwilimón For weight loss
Important information to review before starting:
- All recipes are calculated for one person. The menus contain between 1,300 and 1,600 calories and include three meals and two snacks.
- Processed products are not allowed, which is why all recipes are homemade. Don’t worry! The recipes are very easy and take 30 minutes or less to prepare.
- Make sure to eat regularly, every 4 hours and finish dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep.
- The salt quantities are listed in each recipe - don't exceed the specified amount.
- Make sure to drink at least 6 glasses of water daily.
- Avoid coffee and alcoholic beverages. If you make an exception, substitute with green tea and restrict yourself to one glass of red wine weekly.
- Balance your diet with 30 minutes of daily exercise.
