Important information to review before starting:

  1. All recipes are calculated for one person. The menus contain between 1,300 and 1,600 calories and include three meals and two snacks.
  2. Processed products are not allowed, which is why all recipes are homemade. Don’t worry! The recipes are very easy and take 30 minutes or less to prepare.
  3. Make sure to eat regularly, every 4 hours and finish dinner at least 2 hours before you sleep.
  4. The salt quantities are listed in each recipe - don't exceed the specified amount.
  5. Make sure to drink at least 6 glasses of water daily.
  6. Avoid coffee and alcoholic beverages. If you make an exception, substitute with green tea and restrict yourself to one glass of red wine weekly.
  7. Balance your diet with 30 minutes of daily exercise.
