Things you have to know before you start:

  1. All recipes are calculated for one person. The menus have between 1,300 and 1,600 calories and include three meals and two snacks.
  2. Processed products are not allowed, that's why all recipes are prepared at home. Do not worry! The recipes are very easy and they are prepared in 30 minutes or less.
  3. Do not skip any food, try to eat every 4 hours and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleeping.
  4. The amounts of salt are specified in each recipe, do not add more than indicated.
  5. Take at least 6 glasses of water a day.
  6. Say no to coffee or drinks to the cohólicas. If you have to cheat, substitute green tea and limit yourself to 1 glass of red wine a week.
  7. Supplement the diet with 30 minutes of exercise per day.
