For this recipe you will need:
2 1/2 t of oats, 1 t of inflated quinoa, 1 t of amaranth, 2 Tablespoons of coconut oil, 3 Tablespoons of agave honey, 3 Tablespoons of honey, 1/3 t of pure apple, 2 teaspoons of extract vanilla, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 t of sliced ​​almonds, 1/2 cup of Hemp hearts, 1/2 t of dehydrated coconut, 1/2 t of raisins and 1/2 of dried raisins goji berries

Preheat the oven to 175 °. Mix in a large bowl coconut oil, agave honey, honey, apple puree, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Stir until there is a mixture without lumps.

Add the oats, quinoa and amaranth and mix very well.

Cover a large baking sheet with waxed paper and add the granola. Spread well and bake for 10 minutes. Take out of the oven mix very well and return to bake for 10 more minutes.

Remove from the oven and add the coconut and almonds, leave to bake for 5-10 min.

Remove from the oven and put the granola in a bowl and mix it. Once cold add goji berries, raisins, apples, hearts of hemp.

Store in an airtight container or with lid in the cupboard or cool place.
