Cut the tops off the cupcakes. Arrange the cupcakes in a circle, you should have 16 on the outside and 8 on the inside.

Decorate the cupcakes with frosting, making sure that the frosting of each cupcake slightly overlaps the other cupcakes.

Paint the fondant with red vegetable dye and roll it out. Cut a long and wide strip. Find the middle of the strip and fold both ends to the center to form a bow. Glue the ends with water and place paper inside each hole of the bow. Let the bow harden before removing the paper. It is recommended to make the bow 2 days in advance. Cut two medium strips of the same width and cut the ends to form the ribbons of the bow.
