Have your cookie cutters ready so that this Christmas you can make these amazing Christmas Tree Cookies. You can use them as Christmas gifts, or you can place them on the table as a thank you. They are also ideal for a holiday dessert table.

Separate the cookie dough into three colors, dye each one a different shade of green with the food coloring.

On a floured surface, roll each dough into logs, combining all the colors to form a single log. Roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 5 mm.

Using a Christmas tree cutter, cut the dough and place the cookies on a baking sheet.

Bake the cookies until cooked. Cool and serve.
