Delicious typical Cuban dish, perfect to serve as an accompaniment to any meat or salad. The combination of rice, beans, bacon and spices is delicious, when you taste it you will feel as if you were in beautiful Havana.
Soak the beans the night before. The next day they are boiled with 4 cups of water (which are completely covered) and in a garlic, cover the pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare a sauce with the onions, minced garlic, finite chilies in tiara, then add the bacon, spices and salt. Add the bean broth, beans, bay leaf and previously washed rice, cover the pot and let it cook until it boils, lower the heat, stir and cook until the rice is cooked (more or less between 15 20 minutes)
