Creamy Shrimp Salad

Eating easy salads will never be the same again after tasting this Creamy Shrimp Salad recipe with a delicious Yogurt from Yoplait Greek® dressing with no added sugar. This easy salad can be prepared with onion, celery, cucumber, tomato, dill and some chilies to give it a spicy touch.

  • 800 grams shrimp, medium, peeled and clean
  • 1/4 cups celery, finely chopped, for the salad
  • 1/4 cups red onion, finely chopped, for the salad
  • 1/4 cups cucumber, finely chopped, for the salad
  • 1/4 cups tomato, for the salad
  • 2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped, for the salad
  • 2 tablespoons mustard, for the salad
  • 1 cup Yoplait® plain Greek yogurt with no added sugar, for the salad
  • 1/4 cups cuaresmeño chile, finely chopped, for the salad
  • 1 tablespoon salt, of celery, for the salad
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce, for the salad

  • Heat a pot over medium heat with the water bring to a boil, add salt and the shrimp. Once they have changed color, remove from cooking and dip them in a bowl with cold water and ice cubes. Strain and reserve.
  • For the salad, in a bowl mix the shrimp with the celery, the purple onion, the cucumber, the tomato, the dill, the Natural Yogurt by Yoplait Greek Yogurt without added sugar, the mustard, the cuaresmeño pepper, the celery salt and Tabasco sauce. Serve the salad on a bed of lettuce and enjoy.
