The restaurant Fisher’s, in collaboration with Culinaria Mexicana, celebrates an incredible festival that will last approximately a year and will feature 7 renowned Mexican chefs, along with a couple of special guests from abroad.

Author's Table begins its first stage during May and June, launching interpretative menus by its in-house chefs, such as the talented Macaria Laris and Elena López, pastry chefs from La Macaria, and a very unique drink menu by Riesler Morales, corporate mixologist.
