We have prepared another tip for you to cook the best turkey this Christmas. Surprise your guests with your skill in cooking turkey.

Here are some tips that may be useful for cooking your turkey well without burning it:
- - To ensure your turkey is well cooked within the indicated time based on its weight, you should check the internal temperature of the turkey. It is important to check the temperature of the thigh, wing, and breast; if your turkey is stuffed, it should also reach 75 °C.
- - It is important to completely thaw the turkey so that it does not take too long to reach the previously mentioned internal temperature.
- - To better measure the turkey's temperature, you should get a food thermometer; this will ensure you reach a depth that can tell you if it has reached the ideal temperature.
- - If you want to speed up the cooking process, you can cover the turkey with a lid, or conversely, if you want to slow down its cooking, you can cover it from the start with aluminum foil (to allow the surface of the turkey to brown a bit, you should remove the aluminum foil).
- - You should calculate the time you have to bake your turkey. If you prefer a stuffed turkey, it will take longer to reach 75 °C in the center; cooking an unstuffed turkey shortens the time it needs to be in the oven.
- - To know if the turkey is fully cooked, you should poke the thigh (preferably) with a knife and press a bit where you made the cut; if the juices run clear, then the turkey is cooked.
