Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 cups Dehydrated pear

Preparation

Cleans and disinfects the carrot. Peel and cut it into cubes. Boil water with a little salt and cook the carrots until they are very soft. Drain the water and place the carrots in a blender jar.
Cook the dehydrated pear in boiling water until smooth. Drain the water and place it in the blender. Add the pulp of the mango liquefies until all the ingredients are integrated.
Let cool and serve. You can store the puree for up to 3 days in the refrigerator and tightly covered.

TIPS

You can replace the dehydrated pear with dehydrated peach.
