Ingredients

4 portions
  • 80 milliliters Water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 broccoli, washed and disinfected
  • 25 milliliters whipping cream
  • 50 grams Ham
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • 50 grams long pasta

Preparation

160 ° C Preheated oven
Heat the water until it boils, add salt, broccoli and cook for 5 minutes. Place in a bowl with cold water and ice to stop cooking. Reserve.
Mix the cream with the ham, mayonnaise, oregano, salt and tomato sauce.
Add to the uncooked pasta, mix and place in a refractory oven.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese, bake for 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked and the cheese au gratin.
