This lemon and vodka drink is delicious for special events, very easy to make with simple ingredients but forming a delicious combination with vodka liquor.

Let the mint leaves soak in the mint essence for a while, and distribute the vodka in four glasses. Once you have distributed the liquor into your four glasses, put the essence with the mint leaves at the bottom of the glass. Add the lemon zest to the juice and incorporate it into the four glasses with a plastic stick. Once our drink in the four glasses stops moving, distribute the lemon juice into each one. Place the crushed ice and a fresh slice of lemon on the rim.
