Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups apple, chopped into squares
  • 1 cup raisin
  • 1 cup walnut, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup sugar

Preparation

In a saucepan you are going to add the flour, the 3 eggs the sugar. all this you are going to beat with your hands or with a spoonful, until it is a thick mass.
After the dough is ready, add the most ingredients: oil, chopped apples, raisins, chopped nuts, sugar, bats with your hands or a spoon.
Since this dough you can add a little milk the dough is dried and finally you add the bicarbonate and royal.

PRESENTATION

You can accompany it with a coffee or hot chocolate.

TIPS

Add milk so you do not have too thick the dough is not very thin is thick. Put it in a greased refractory.

Deliciosa !!! Le falta a la masa un poco le leche !!!!!... yo fui agregando poco a poco para que la masa quedara suave. También le agregue a la mezcla un poco de canela en polvo y quedó muy rico. También le puse pasas güeras y tiene buen sabor.
