Ingredients

  • 3/4 of Cup of Oikos Yoghurt Greek Style
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 120 grams of Butter cold in squares
  • 1 egg smoothie
  • 3 spoonfuls of Water
  • 1 egg to varnish

    Preparation

    Heat the oven to 190 ° C. Accommodates 2 trays with waxed paper.
    In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Blend the butter and mix with your hands, until it is a sand texture.
    In another bowl, mix the Greek Yogurt Oikos, egg and water. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients, mix only until they are integrated. Do not overwork the dough.
    Using a rolling pin, flatten the dough and cut circles with a mold.
    Place them on the tray with paper and varnish with the egg. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
