We present you a delicious corn bread, bathed with eggnog, to accompany it with a good coffee or to finish a delicious meal. Perfect to accompany an afternoon of talk with your friends.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 8 corn, tender, shelled
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 75 grams butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 125 grams sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 100 grams wheat flour
  • ground bread

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180º.
Blend the corn grains and then beat together with the eggs, vanilla, cream cheese, butter and sugar. Incorporate baking powder, cinnamon and flour.
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes or until it is cooked and when removing it from the oven, make small cuts with a knife to hydrate it with the eggnog.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until the liquor is completely absorbed.

Si el elote va cosido y no se puede usar de latas porque ya vienen con otros tipos de especias

Rompope....es una bebida a base de huevos, ron,y leche,y vainilla...la encuentras en tiendas mexicanas..
