Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 teaspoonful of dry yeast
  • 2 spoonfuls of Water tibia
  • 4 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 2 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 90 grams of Butter at room temperature
  • 190 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 piece of egg to varnish
  • to taste of black sesame seed

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C, 20 minutes before baking the buns.
    Hydrate the yeast with water and let stand for 10 minutes.
    Add the flour, milk powder, salt, sugar and hydrated yeast in the blender.
    Add the eggs and whisk until they add, add the butter, and continue beating until you get a homogeneous mass.
    In a previously greased bowl place the dough and let it rest until it doubles its volume.
    For the filling add the cheese with a spatula, place in a sleeve with smooth duya.
    Weigh 40 gram pellets, place the cream cheese in the middle and form a small ball.
    Place on a tray and lightly crush, varnish with egg and sprinkle with sesame, leave to ferment for 20 minutes.
    Bake for 10 minutes.

    PRESENTATION

    TIPS

    You can substitute milk powder for 2 tablespoons of whole milk.
