Pour 12 grams of fresh or active yeast into 120 milliliters of warm milk.
Add in a blender with bread hook: 500 grams of flour, 100 grams of sugar, 4 grams of salt and 4 eggs. Incorporate the essence of vanilla or orange and the mixture of yeast and milk.
Gradually add 200 grams of butter and grated 1 orange and 1 lemon.
Verify that the dough is easily peeled off and ready.
Grease a container with vegetable oil, put in the dough and cover with a cloth. Place the dough in a closed place with a refractory with hot water together. Allow it to double in size, approximately 30 minutes later.
Add 4 drops of yellow dye in a bowl of refined sugar.
For the sugar cap: 50 grams of butter at room temperature, 50 grams of sugar, 50 grams of flour, and 10 grams of egg. Mix until you get a paste and place it inside a pastry bag.
Knead with the fingers the dough that has already doubled its volume, form the thread with your hands and introduce the plastic dolls.
Make the decorations of the thread with the fondant, pineapple in triangles and cherries in syrup. Varnish with a beaten egg. Sprinkle the pasta strips with yellow sugar.
Bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.

Place SpongeBob dolls inside the thread.
