Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place cups of muffins in a tray for pancakes.
Mix the flour, all-bran, splenda, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
Mix the milk, eggs, oil, cranberries, and vanilla in another bowl.
Make a hole in the center of the dry ingredients bowl. Add the mixture of eggs and milk and incorporate. Place the mixture on the pancake tray.
Cook 20 minutes and let cool before serving.
