Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 cup spinach, Cooked and without excess liquids
  • 7 egg whites
  • 3/4 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups red pepper, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cups mushroom, finely sliced
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped

Preparation
