Ingredients: 1 tablespoon vegetable oil; 1 clove garlic; 1/2 onions, in pieces; 5 tomatoes, coarsely chopped; 3 allspice berries; 1/2 teaspoons cumin; 1 1/2 cups chicken broth; 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, whole; salt; 1/4 cups chipotle chile in adobo sauce; 1 cup sour cream; 1/2 cups cream cheese; 6 cups Northgate® chilaquiles chips; 1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded; sour cream; queso fresco, crumbled; red onion, sliced, for decoration; avocado, in slices, for decoration; fresh cilantro, fresh, for decoration

For the sauce, in a medium pot heat the oil and cook the garlic, onion, and tomatoes until they start to break down, about 20 minutes. Add the allspice, cumin, chicken broth, cilantro, salt, and cook until reduced by half. Remove from heat.
