A delicious combination and an explosion of flavors in a single dish. Delicious coconut yoghurt accompanied with an acidic mashed raspberries and lots of fresh and colorful fruit.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of Yoghurt de Coco Oikos® 150 gc / u
  • 1 Cup of big wave
  • 1 Cup of raspberry
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoonful of lemon zest
  • 2 pieces of banana in slices
  • 2 pieces of mango in slices
  • 2 pieces of Kiwi in slices
  • 4 pieces of Strawberry in slices

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix the Coco Oikos® Yoghurt with the granola. Reservation.
    In another bowl, mash the raspberries with the vanilla and the grated until you get a puree.
    Serve the yoghurt in a bowl, with a little of the puree and place on top slices of banana, mango, kiwi and strawberries.
