Ingredients

8 portions
  • enough spray oil
  • 12 egg whites
  • 1/2 cups onion
  • 1/2 cups bell pepper
  • 1/2 cups asparagus
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
Spray cupcake pan with a little cooking spray.
Add the egg whites, onion, peppers, asparagus, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to a blender and beat for 5 minutes.
