Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 boat of San Juan® egg whites
  • 1/2 kilo of green tomato
  • 2 garlic
  • 1/2 Cup of fresh coriander
  • 4 pieces of Chile de árbol pepper
  • enough of oil
  • 2 cups of chicken breast Unhooked
  • 100 grams of Manchego cheese

    Preparation

    Place the San Juan® Egg Claras in a bowl and whisk. Grease a mold and pour a tablespoon of San Juan® Egg Claras. Put the refractory in the microwave and cook for a minute. Carefully remove the clear from the refractory. Repeat this operation with all San Juan® Egg Claras.

    Put the refractory in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 10 minutes.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on a plate and serve with freshly chopped cilantro.
