Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 1/4 spoonfuls of Salt
  • 1 Cup of Butter
  • 6 spoonfuls of Water
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 500 grams of tomato peeled, seeded and chopped into cubes
  • 150 grams of goat cheese
  • 3/4 of Cup of cream
  • 1/2 Cup of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 3 spoonfuls of basil
  • to taste of black pepper

    Preparation

    In a large bowl mix flour and salt. Add the butter piece by piece and combine and knead with your hands.
    Add the cold water while kneading more so that the dough does not crumble, if you need a little more water add 1 more spoonful.
    In a refractory to make quiche or tarts of 20 cm. spread the dough. With a brush, paint the dough with the egg yolk. While preparing the refill refrigerate.
    Arrange the grid of your oven in the lower part and pre hot at 220 degrees Celsius.
    Take the tomatoes, and mix with all the other remaining ingredients, salt pimente.
    Add the filling to the dough and refrigerate for 5 more minutes. Then bake for 20 minutes or until the quiche is cooked.
