These tacos are an excellent option for breakfast time, they combine the Mexican dish par excellence: EL TACO, with a new version of Mexican spicy eggs. We add a little mushrooms to give them that exact touch of flavor they need.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortillas
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 mushrooms, cut in quarters
  • 1 poblano pepper, roasted, peeled, seeded and cut into thin slices
  • 30 milliliters oil
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
  • 3 pinches salt

Preparation

Break the eggs and mix in a bowl.
Sauté the mushrooms with oil without cooking too much.
Add the slices of poblano pepper.
Incorporate the eggs to mix and salt.
Heat the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®
Serve a portion of the preparation in each Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® wrap.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a chopped tomato, onion and lemon sauce.

TIPS

Do not overcoat the egg so that your taco will not dry out.
