Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tomtato
  • 1 tablespoon white onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • 2 corn tortillas

Preparation

Chop finely the tomato, the white onion and the garlic. Break the egg into a cup, beat it and season with salt and pepper.
Fry the vegetable in a hot pan with vegetable oil (to avoid using more oil, use a Teflon pan).
Add the egg and mix it with the rest of the vegetable. Cook for about 4 minutes until the egg is cooked to your liking.
Heat the tortillas in the comal and serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with two corn tortillas.

TIPS

You can add chile serrano or a sauce that is not fried.

Y en lugar de tortilla pueden usas tostadas deshidratadas o de nopal. Que tengan poca calorías. Puedes agregarle al huevo champiñones y q son libres!!! Suerte
