Ingredients

4 portions
  • 250 grams flour
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 10 grams yeast
  • 5 grams salt
  • 10 grams sugar
  • Water
  • 6 eggs, scrambled
  • 6 slices Serrano ham, or turkey ham
  • 1/2 onions, sliced
  • 3/4 cups mozzarella cheese, yellow and white, grated
  • 1 red pepper, filleted

Preparation

Hydrate the yeast in a little warm water.
Mix sugar, flour, salt and oil. At the end add the water with the yeast. Go adding the necessary amount of water.
Knead for 5 minutes or until the dough peels off the table.
Put in a bowl for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and spread them on a tray with oil. If you do not fit the 4 you can do it in 2 courses.
Break a whole egg over the dough, place tomato or red pepper sliced, a slice of ham and cheese (optional). Bake at 200 ° C for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dough is well cooked.
