This is a rich breakfast option; perfect to start with energy the day. It is simple to prepare and has a lot of flavor. You can customize it with the fruit that you like the most and make several flavor options.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 yogurt, soy
  • 2 balls ice cream, vegan
  • 2 handfuls strawberry
  • 1/4 cups cranberry
  • 1/4 cups oats, or granola
  • 1/4 cups almond
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

Preparation

Choose a small glass by placing a few spoonfuls of yogurt as a base.
In a bowl add two handfuls of strawberries and puree them.
Place a small layer of strawberry puree and another layer of yogurt.
On top add a layer of granola or oatmeal and decorate with fruit: strawberries, blueberries and a scoop of ice cream.
To finish, repeat the process.
