This is the perfect toast to start your day. Crunchy bread with a combination of yoghurt and berries, orange zest and honey. You will not be able to resist this incredible taste!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Orange zest
  • 1/4 cups honey
  • 1 package Bimbo® Cero Cero toasted bread
  • 1/2 cups chia seed
  • 1/2 cups blueberry
  • 1/2 cups almond, fillet and toast
  • 1/2 cups raspberry
  • 6 leaves peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl mix the yoghurt with the orange and honey grated. Reservation.
Spread the bread with the yoghurt mixture above.
Add chia, blueberry, almonds and raspberries.
Decorate with mint leaves and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

In an extended dish accompanied with orange juice.

TIPS

You can replace the orange zest with lemon zest.
