Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups oats
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoons walnut, in pieces
  • 3 tablespoons Nutrioli DHA® oil
  • to taste banana, in slices to decorate
  • to taste walnut, chopped, to decorate
  • to taste cinnamon powder, to decorate
  • to taste bee honey, To accompany

Preparation

Place the banana in a bowl and mash with a fork, add the grated carrot, the egg, the oats, a spoonful of Nutrioli® DHA and the cinnamon.
Heat a frying pan and lightly oil with the Nutrioli DHA® oil, pour a ladle of the mixture and add the nuts. Cook until you have bubbles, turn carefully and cook on the other side. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
Serve the hotcakes on a plate and decorate with walnut and cinnamon banana slices. Accompany with honey.

PRESENTATION

On an extended plate, accompanied with milk and fruit.

TIPS
