Try this delicious fig and walnut smoothie that will drive you crazy for the exquisite taste of figs after caramelizing them.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 5 figs
  • 12 walnuts, toasts
  • 1/2 cups water
  • 250 milliliters evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cups juice, pear
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder

Preparation

In a saucepan with water put the figs cut in four.
When it boils add sugar. Leave for 5 minutes with low heat.
When they are cold, the figs are liquefied together with all the other ingredients.
