Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of canola oil
  • 1 Cup of Turkey breast natural
  • 2 pinches of Salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 1 clove of Garlic finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of onion finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of coriander
  • 1 piece of tomato
  • 2 pieces of green chile
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 1/2 piece of Bell pepper
  • 4 spoonfuls of light cream
  • 4 pinches of Salt
  • 2 pinches of Pepper
  • 8 pieces of tortilla

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
    In a pan over medium heat heat the oil and fry the turkey breast. Season with salt and pepper.
    In a medium bowl, mix turkey breast with garlic, onion, cilantro, tomato, green chili, eggs, pepper, cream, salt and pepper. Reservation.
