Tortilla casserole with egg and baked turkey

Start your day with all the energy that only the egg can give you, this casserole as well as being a very complete breakfast with a different presentation that will fascinate you. Crunchy baked corn tortilla basket filled with vegetables, egg and turkey breast.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 cup turkey breast, natural
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
  • 1 tomtato
  • 2 green peppers
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 bell peppers
  • 4 tablespoons light cream
  • 4 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches pepper
  • 8 tortillas

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
In a pan over medium heat heat the oil and fry the turkey breast. Season with salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, mix turkey breast with garlic, onion, cilantro, tomato, green chili, eggs, pepper, cream, salt and pepper. Reservation.
Heat the tortillas and line cupcakes to make the cazuelitas. Fill with the turkey mixture and bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately with salsa.

PRESENTATION

Serve the egg casserole in a small dish and serve with a spoonful of light cream.

TIPS

You can add the vegetables that you like the most.
