This is the best recipe I've tried, the waffles are always golden and very rich. They are the perfect choice for a delicious breakfast that everyone will love at home.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 90 grams butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup natural yogurt, or natural Greek
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs

Preparation

Melt butter and reserve.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. In another bowl, mix the yogurt, milk, melted butter and eggs. Incorporate the liquid mixture little by little into the dry ingredients.
Preheat the waffle maker, place a light layer of butter. Pour about 1/2 cup of mixture per waffle, cook until golden brown. Grease the waffle between each waffle. Serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

Serve with the fruit and honey of your choice.

TIPS

You can reheat the waffles in the bread toaster. If you do not have any yogurt, you can use sour cream as a substitute.
