Presentation

Serve with white rice and garnish with the carrots used to marinate the meat. Sprinkle fresh mint over the dish.

Tips

Do not add salt as several ingredients are already salty, such as the chicken broth powder and Worcestershire sauce. If you don't have basil or mint, it's not a problem, and you can cook everything else normally. To enhance the flavor, you can let the meat marinate for 24 hours.
