Ingredients: 1 kilo chicken breast, in strips; 1/2 cups olive oil, to marinate the chicken; 1/4 cups lime juice, to marinate the chicken; salt, to marinate the chicken; pepper, to marinate the chicken; 1 teaspoon paprika, to marinate the chicken; 1 teaspoon oregano, to marinate the chicken; 1 cup cucumber, in small cubes, for the tzatziki sauce; 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt, for the tzatziki sauce; 1 tablespoon olive oil, for the tzatziki sauce; 1 tablespoon lime juice, for the tzatziki sauce; 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped, for the tzatziki sauce; 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped, for the tzatziki sauce; salt, for the tzatziki sauce; 4 pita breads; Romaine lettuce, chopped; tomato, sliced; cucumber, sliced with skin on; red onion, sliced; Arla Apetina® classic cubes in brine

To marinate the chicken: add the chicken, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Place the marinated chicken in a skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
