Place the chicken on a cutting board and season with salt and pepper all over. Add some slices of orange, lemon, and a few sprigs of rosemary inside the chicken; using hemp thread, tie the legs together to shape it. Set aside. Mix in a bowl the garlic, orange marmalade, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, melted butter, orange juice, and lemon juice until fully combined. Set aside.
