In a baking dish, place the loin and season with salt, pepper, 1 cube of chicken bouillon powder, Maggi sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and let it marinate overnight.
Once marinated, sear the loin on all sides; this is to prevent it from drying out or reducing too much.
In the blender, add the cream, ketchup, cherries, cherry juice, 1 cube of chicken bouillon powder, and the broth in which the loin was marinated.
Place the seared loin in a baking dish and pour the blender mixture over it.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for two and a half hours (bake for 1 hour per kilogram of loin).
Once ready, slice and decorate with cherries.
