Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
In a saucepan mix sugar, chocolate, butter and water over medium-high heat. Stir occasionally until everything is incorporated. Remove from heat and let cool.
Meanwhile, sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Mix the milk with the vinegar in a small bowl.
Grease a round cake mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.
When the chocolate has cooled a little, add the milk mixture and the eggs. Stir well and add the dry ingredients (flour, etc). Once it is well incorporated, add the vanilla and stir.
Put the mixture on the prepared mold. Bake until a chopstick comes out clean, between 30-35 minutes.
Let it sit for 10 minutes when it comes out of the oven and unmold it. (Be very careful because the cake can break, be careful to remove it).
To prepare the bitumen melt the chocolate sparks in a bain-marie. Let them cool a little and add 1/4 cup of the sour cream. Stir and continue adding 1/4 cup until it has the desired consistency and flavor.
You can decorate the cake with the bitumen or cut it in two and put bitumen in the center.
