Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • 2 cups brazil nut, without shell

Preparation

Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 15 second periods so it does not burn. Dip each nut halfway into the chocolate; place them on a sheet of waxed paper.
Refrigerate the nuts for 15 minutes or until the chocolate is firm.
