Delicious carrot cake with raisins and almonds, an irresistible classic that you can prepare at home. It is very rich and perfect as a dessert on any occasion. Do not hesitate to do it and dazzle all those who try it.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 1/2 cups of carrots finite grated
  • 1/4 of Cup of raisin
  • 1/4 of Cup of almond
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking soda for kitchen
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of nutmeg powder
  • 2 units of egg big
  • 1/2 Cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 can of Apple sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of raw sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 175º C
    Wash and peel the carrots. Finite grates.
    Place all the ingredients in a bowl and integrate them perfectly.
    Prepare a pancake mold, with butter and flour, empty the mixture.
    Bake for 30 or 35 minutes or until well cooked. Unmold once it is cold.

    PRESENTATION

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar (inpalpable sugar) once it is cold.

    TIPS

    To know when the pancake is well baked, before opening the oven peek through the small window of this and give it a blow to the oven, if the cake shakes (like jelly) it means that it needs more time if it does not tremble, you open the oven and with care.
