Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1 Cup of Flour for Gamesa® Hot Cakes
  • 1/2 Cup of raw sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 100 grams of nut chopped
  • 1 Cup of carrot grated
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg or ground clove

    Preparation

    Mix the wholemeal flour, the Gamesa® Hot Cakes Flour, the baking powder and half the sugar.
    In the blender, add the oil and the other half of the sugar, blend and add the eggs and vanilla, until the mixture thickens a little.
    Mix the dry ingredients with the liquid liquids, incorporate the carrot and walnut.
    Pour pancake mold, previously greased and with aluminum foil or can be in cups for cupcakes.
    Bake at 180 ° for 25 minutes for cupcakes and for 30 minutes if it is large pound cake.
    For the decoration - make the cream cheese frosting: 1 cream cheese bar at room temperature, 1/3 cup of powdered sugar. Cream the cheese with the sugar, until fluffy. You can add color.

    PRESENTATION

    Yo hice esta receta y salió muy rico el pastel pero le tuve que poner leche a la mezcla porque estaba muy reseca pero ya con la leche salió riquísimo el pastel
