Preparation
Crush the cookies and add the melted butter.
Press 3/4 parts of the cookie mix into the bottom of a removable mold to form the cookie base.
Beat the sugar and cream cheese until a mixture with a creamy texture is formed.
Sprinkle the gelatin in 1/4 cup of water (per sachet) and melt over medium heat and stir until dissolved.
Beat the cream until snow point.
Mix the Greek Style Yoghurt FAGE® Total 0% enveloping the cream cheese mixture, the gelatin, the whipped cream until all the ingredients are well combined.
Pour the mixture over the cookie base.
Sprinkle the rest of the cookie mixture on top and put in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
